National Crime Agency Intervening in 29 Facilities

Bratislava, June 27 (TASR) – The National Crime Agency (NAKA) is intervening in 29 different facilities at the moment, Slovak Police Corps spokesperson Denisa Baloghova told TASR on Tuesday.

“Since the early morning, specifically 5 a.m., 210 NAKA police officers have been collecting evidence of tax evasion. This operation is under the name Doctor. They are actually doing 16 house searches and 13 inspections of other premises, mostly in Bratislava and Trnava regions,” said Baloghova, adding that one case pertains to Presov region.

Baloghova said that the police will reveal more information to the public as soon as the procedural situation allows for it.
