Miloslavov, March 5 (TASR) – Leader of the Slovak National Party (SNS) Andrej Danko, accompanied by his son, came to cast his vote at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the polling station set up in the local council office in Miloslavov, (Bratislava region), stating that he’s impatient about the election result.
“I wish it were already over, so that we would know the outcome,” said the SNS leader, who hopes that the efforts put in by the entire SNS team will have had meaning. According to Danko, SNS will get the result it deserves in this general election. “And I’ll also accept this result,” he stated, adding that he’s eager to know what will happen next.
Danko said that he hopes that a flower that he was given as a symbol of the 100th anniversary of the genocide in Armenia will bring good luck to him and his party. “I was also wearing it for the whole election campaign,” he stated.
Concerning his plans for the rest of the day, Danko intends to meet some friends before going to SNS headquarters in Bratislava.
