President Inks Deferral of Insurance Payments for Self-Employed and Employers

Bratislava, April 6 (TASR) – Some employers and self-employed people will be able to defer mandatory payments to social-insurance funds, contributions to old-age pension savings and advanced payments to health-insurance funds for March of this year, as President Zuzana Caputova on Monday signed a respective amendment to the Social Insurance Act.

The new rules will allow those eligible to settle these payments by July 31, 2020.
