Bratislava/Ottawa, June 10 (TASR) – Canada’s capital Ottawa is showing another exhibition of Slovak photographer and traveller Filip Kulisev, TASR learnt on Friday.

The Amazing Planet exhibition, featuring natural beauties of Slovakia, Canada and other continents, is organised by the Slovak Embassy to Canada, headed by Ambassador Andrej Droba, in cooperation with the Canadian Global Affairs Ministry on the occasion of Slovakia’s upcoming Presidency of the Council of the EU.

Kulisev is exhibiting in Canada for the second time having already exhibited in Vancouver in 2009 before the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.

“Canada is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, with beautiful national parks and high biodiversity. I appreciate the way it protects its natural heritage,” Kulisev told TASR, adding that he’s found plenty of interesting themes and sceneries in Canada.

The Amazing Planet exhibition will run in the representative premises of the Canadian Global Affairs Ministry in Ottawa until June 17. Its next stop will be the UN headquarters in New York in July.
Filip Kulisev, Master QEP, FBIPP, has provided material for more than 180 individual exhibitions in Slovakia and around the world. He is the author of seven books, which present the beauty and diversity of the world and stories from his travels.

Kulisev, as one of the two photographers in the world, received the highest European qualification title (Master QEP) in the landscape category together with the highest title of ‘Fellowship’ from the British Institue of Professional Photographers (FBIPP) in London. Via his work, Kulisev also supports activities aimed at protecting the environment and biodiversity of the planet.
