Kalinak: Information from Slovakia Helped Foil Terror Attack in Denmark
Bratislava, May 25 (TASR) – Information provided by the Slovak authorities has helped to prevent several terrorist attacks abroad, said Interior Minister Robert Kalinak on Radio Expres’s ‘Brano Zavodsky Nazivo’ talk show on Thursday.
“Most recently, information that we provided helped lead to the arrest of people suspected of planning a terrorist attack in Denmark,” said Kalinak.
Slovakia is “in a very safe space” at the moment, said the minister. “Obviously, you can never rule out all eventualities”, and “lone wolves” represent a risk to all, he was quick to add.
