MPs Elected Six Candidates for Constitutional Court Judges
Bratislava, April 3 (TASR) – Parliament elected in a secret vote six candidates for constitutional judges who will be offered to Slovak President Andrej Kiska, TASR learnt on Wednesday from the information provided in the plenum.

The elected candidates are Ivan Fiacan, Peter Molnar, Rastislav Kassak, Lubos Szigeti, Daniela Svecova and Michal Truban.
Nine judges are lacking at the Constitutional Court, and MPs were supposed to elect 18 candidates who should have been sent to the president. Since they have not elected the required number of candidates, a repeated vote on the unelected candidates will take place on Thursday evening (April 4).
Only four judges of 13 currently work at the Constitutional Court.
