Stats Office: OLaNO Wins in 50 out of 79 Slovak Districts

Bratislava, March 1 (TASR) – The official winner of the general election in Slovakia, the OLaNO opposition party, won in 50 out of 79 Slovakia’s districts, the Statistics Office announced on Sunday.

The co-ruling Smer-SD won in 25 districts, the Hungarian Community Solidarity in three districts and Progressive Slovakia-Together in one. Apart from that, PS-Together also won in a special ward set up for voters from abroad. Nevertheless, the latter two parties haven’t made it into Parliament.
