Survey: Andrej Danko Most Likeable Party Chair

Bratislava, July 8 (TASR) – According to a public opinion poll carried out by Focus agency and released Friday, among the chairmen of parliamentary political parties the most popular is Andrej Danko (Slovak National Party/SNS)– with more than half (50.2 percent) of the 1,003 respondents describing him as likeable.

In the poll, carried out June 14-20, Danko is followed by Bela Bugar of Most-Hid (43.3 percent), Smer-SD chairman Robert Fico (36.4 percent), Richard Sulik of SaS/Freedom and Solidarity (35 percent), Daniel Lipsic of OLaNO-NOVA (30.2 percent), Boris Kollar of We Are Family (30 percent) and Igor Matovic of OLaNO-NOVA (28.2 percent). OLaNO-NOVA represents the merger of two parties. At the bottom of the rankings was Marian Kotleba (19.8 percent) and Radoslav Prochazka of Network (19.3 percent).

Contrariwise, Kotleba was deigned the least likeable chairman (73.4 percent), followed by Prochazka (72.6 percent), Matovic (64.4 percent), Kollar (61.7 percent), Lipsic (59.3 percent), Fico (58.2 percent), Sulik (57.5 percent) and Danko (37.1 percent).
